This 5 story, 192 room hotel has magnificent views of Presque Isle Bay from three sides. Wyatt's contract of approximately $10 million included spray fireproofing, drywall, plaster, acoustic ceilings, all millwork and casework and the fabrication and installation of all exterior pre-cast wall panel systems and interior finishes.
