UPMC East

UPMC East is the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's new hospital located in Monroeville, PA. Situated on 15 acres the six story hospital has a combination of brick and glass on the exterior facade and was built utilizing various sustainable energy systems. The 156 bed hospital has a Surgery and Cardiac Care center, Cancer center and emergency treatment facility. UPMC East has been awarded the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver Certification. Wyatt Incorporateds' contract of approximately $14 million included spray fireproofing, metal framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings and all millwork and casework.
